July 12, 2023 3 CONSENT ITEMS: Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the following consent items: RESOLUTION – CLAIMS To adopt Resolution No. 7906 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,693,368.24 for the period ending June 17, 2023, through June 23, 2023. RESOLUTION – CLAIMS To adopt Resolution No. 7907 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,540,192.70 for the period ending June 24, 2023, through June 30, 2023. RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS To adopt Resolution No. 7908 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,068,908.82 for the period ending June 17, 2023. AGREEMENT AMENDED - PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Parking Management Services Agreement with the Downtown Everett Association. AGREEMENT – REIMBURSEMENT FOR BLAKE DECISION To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement IAA24074, for $437,767, between the WA State Administrative Office of the Courts and Everett Municipal Court for reimbursement for extraordinary judicial, prosecutorial and/or defense related costs as a result of the Blake decision AGREEMENT AMENDED - LEXINGTON-BROADWAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Grant Agreement No. WQC‐2019‐EverPW‐ 00051 with the Washington State Department of Ecology for the Lexington‐Broadway Drainage Improvements Project.
