July 12, 2023 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7906 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,693,368.24 for the period ending June 17, 2023, through June 23, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7907 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,540,192.70 for the period ending June 24, 2023, through June 30, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7908 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,068,908.82 for the period ending June 17, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Parking Management Services <br />Agreement with the Downtown Everett Association. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – REIMBURSEMENT FOR BLAKE DECISION <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement IAA24074, for $437,767, between <br />the WA State Administrative Office of the Courts and Everett Municipal Court for <br />reimbursement for extraordinary judicial, prosecutorial and/or defense related costs as a <br />result of the Blake decision <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - LEXINGTON-BROADWAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Grant Agreement No. WQC‐2019‐EverPW‐ <br />00051 with the Washington State Department of Ecology for the Lexington‐Broadway Drainage <br />Improvements Project. <br /> <br /> <br />
