Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 3. A previous email with the applicant indicates that the proposed work is to <br /> create an adult family home (AFH). The creation of an AFH requires the <br /> following items to be completed for review as it appears to be missing based on <br /> first review of the previous submissions of construction documents: <br /> a. A completed application in fulfillment of the WA State Department of <br /> Social and Health Services(DSHS) requirements. Refer to pages 6-12 of <br /> the CoE Adult Family Home checklist for this requirement. <br /> b. 8.5x11 floor plans defining the labelling and depiction of room layout. <br /> Refer to Section 3 of the Adult Family Home Building Inspection <br /> Checklist in the CoE Adult Family Home Checklist. <br /> c. Updates to drawings throughout the residence where spaces are <br /> intended to be used for an Adult Family Home. This is including, but not <br /> limited to, bathrooms, ramps for egress and access to the AFH,and etc. <br /> Additional comments are provided in this letter to highlight areas where <br /> IRC R325 and its subsections may apply. <br /> 4. This comment has not been adequately addressed. On Sheet 1-9,the <br /> PERMIT SERVICES proposed detail provided appears to be an exterior wall detail. Interior walls <br /> are proposed within the residence and details to its construction appear to be <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street missing from the plans. Also, please clarify with callouts referencing the section <br /> Everett,WA 98201 cuts such as the detail depicted on Sheet 1-9 where these details(both exterior <br /> and interior)are to occur on the plan sheets.
