• <br /> • <br /> (c) - Electrical Appliances <br /> A permit fee shall be charged for the wiring for <br /> and/or connection of permanently connected appliances at the rat <br /> of One Dollar ( 1.00) for each appliance, except that the permit <br /> fee for two or more appliances installed in a single family <br /> occupancy shall not exceed One and 50/100 Dollars ($1.50) . <br /> (d) - Electric Signs permanently Connected <br /> A permit fee shall be charged for wiring feeder <br /> for and connection of electric signs as follows: <br /> Wiring feeder and connecting sign 41.00 each <br /> Connecting sign only .50 each <br /> (e ) - Electric -.Iotors Permanently Connected <br /> A permit fee shall be charged for wiring feeder <br /> for, and connection of electric motors as follows: <br /> One-fourth to Five Horse Power 41.00 <br /> Horse .power in excess of :Five ( 5) .10 per H.P. <br /> (f) - Temporary Wiring <br /> A permit fee of One Dollar (01.00) shall be <br /> charged for each temporary wiring installation for construction <br /> work and decorative lights. <br /> (g) - Fee Limitations <br /> No permit fee shall be charged for service outlet, <br /> as specified in subdivision (a) of this section where other <br /> wiring and connection fees covered by the same permit equals <br /> or exceeds One Dollar ( 1.00 ) for each single residential <br /> occupancy. <br /> Section 2 : 'That Section 13-A of Ordinance No. 1655, <br /> as amended by Ordinance No. 2260, be amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 13-A: <br /> The "National Electrical Code" as edited by the <br /> National Board of Fire Underwriters and recommended by the <br /> National Fire Protection Association for 1935, together with all; <br /> subsequent additions or amendments of said code and regulating <br /> electric wiring and apparatus is hereby adopted as a part of <br /> the electrical code of the City of Everett, there being Three <br /> (3) copies of said ''National Electrical Code" on file with the <br /> City Clerk of the City of Everett, and such code by this <br /> reference is hereby made a part of this ordinance as though <br /> fully set forth herein, and the several provisions of said code <br /> as now in effect and all amendments thereto, and subsequent <br /> additions thereto, when printed and filed with the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Everett shall be considered and accepted as <br /> amendments and additions to such code without the necessity of <br /> further adoption of such amendments or additions by the City <br /> of Everett, except that said code is amended and additions made <br /> thereto as in this ordinance provided. <br />
