Included with this letter are the site plan, <br /> floor plan, existing roof framing plan, existing ceiling joist plan, and floor framing plan. Each <br /> indicates the location of the new beam. <br /> In addition, we have enlisted the assistance of Steven Vertner, PE, of Beacon Engineers to <br /> provide structural analysis, calculations and details. Mr. Vertner toured our home on May 4, <br /> 2022. He reviewed the existing roof, ceiling and floor framing, and provided further input to <br /> reinforce moving the loads to the earth below. His sealed and signed drawings are also <br /> included. <br /> Hopefully these additional documents will provide the necessary information to release the <br /> building, electrical, and plumbing permits.
