Whole -House Ventilation System, balanced. M1505.4.1.4 <br />iv. Whole -House Ventilation using Furnace Integrated Supply. M1505.4.1.5 <br />b. Plans should specify the mechanical ventilation airflow rate cfm, continuous or <br />intermittent per the current 2018 IRC code requirement. M1505.4.3 <br />c. The location of the whole house vent should be specified on the plans. The system <br />should be located in a central area that is open to and has unobstructed air flow with <br />the majority of the habitable space.
