Report & Concepts Schedule <br /> <br />Reid Middleton will prepare and submit the draft assessment report and concepts <br />within 3 weeks after the completion of the site assessment. Reid Middleton will <br />attend a client review meeting (virtual meeting) after the draft submittal and respond <br />to the review comments. Reid Middleton will complete and submit the final condition <br />assessment report and concepts within 2 weeks of the client’s review meeting. All <br />deliverables will be provided in PDF format. <br /> <br />Report Deliverables: <br />• Draft assessment report & concept options (letter or engineering memo type) <br />• Final assessment report & concept options (letter or engineering memo type), <br />signed and stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed by the State of <br />Washington <br /> <br />5. Additional services requested by City of Everett Parks & Facilities <br /> <br />Reid Middleton can provide additional services that are beyond the scope of services <br />described in Section B, Items 1 thru 4, at client request with contract amendment(s). <br /> <br />6. Assumptions <br /> <br />• Above water inspection is limited to the three existing floats (including guide <br />pile anchorage), gangways, and abutments at TA Sullivan Park and the single <br />pier structure at the 116th Street SE Pier. <br />• The inspection team will be granted uninhibited access to the structures for the <br />duration of the assessment. <br />• Reid Middleton will provide their own watercraft for the assessment. <br /> <br />7. Exclusions <br /> <br />• Topographic or hydrographic survey <br />• Underwater (dive) assessment or testing <br />• Destructive or partially destructive testing <br />• Development of repair or rehabilitation design documents <br />• Structural load capacity evaluation <br />• Feasibility study of environmental permitting <br /> <br />
