PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />Reid Middleton will begin services upon receipt of a signed agreement, will make every <br />reasonable effort to complete the services in a timely manner considering the needs of the <br />project, and will complete the project prior to December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />D. CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />City of Everett Parks & Facilities shall provide available pertinent data, site access, <br />documents, and other information to Reid Middleton as necessary to complete the services <br />outlined in Section B above. <br /> <br />E. COMPENSATION <br /> <br />1. For services described in Sections A and B, Reid Middleton shall be paid on an hourly <br />basis as outlined in the Estimate of Professional Services. We estimate the fee for this <br />portion of the services to be Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($24,600) and <br />to not exceed $28,100. <br /> <br />F. REID MIDDLETON STAFF <br /> <br />Blaine McRae will be the project manager primarily responsible for this job.
