NEUDORFER H `
ENGINEERS
AN Integra COM PANV WWW.NEUDDRFERENGINEERS.COM
PROJECT Mountain Pacific Bank Office TI 2023-0783
LOCATION Everett, WA
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental
Balancing Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures.
The fans have been checked for unit data, operating amperage, voltage, rotation, and operating static
pressure. All outlets have been proportioned to ± 10% of design airflow unless otherwise noted.
Balancing diagrams are attached to this report with outlets numbered for locations.
Equipment: Shortridge 870C ADM Multimeter
Results:
FCU-1 is a fan coil unit that serves the Reception area. At high speed, the unit is providing 630 CFM
(105% of design).
FCU-2 is a fan coil unit that serves the Offices. At high speed, the unit is providing 1305 CFM (93% of
design).
ERV-1 is an energy recovery unit that serves as general exhaust and provides outside air throughout
the office spaces. At medium low speed, the unit is exhausting 295 CFM (96% of design) and supplying
327 CFM (154% of design). The unit is not capable of independent supply and exhaust fan speeds- the
speed was set to medium-low to satisfy design exhaust airflow and the supply outlets were
proportioned to available airflow.
NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL BALANCING BUREAU
