PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer Design Scope of Work 08-25-2023 <br />4 of 41 <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Task Assumptions <br />•The Kickoff Meeting will be scheduled for 2 hours and be attended by 8 Consultant staff (BC- <br />3, STC-1, HWA-1, ESA-1, KPFF-1, KBA-1). <br />•PM meetings will be by MS Teams and will occur bi-weekly with a duration of approximately <br />60 minutes. <br />•This phase includes expenses for project workshops and meetings. <br />•The Field Work Safety Plan will follow Brown and Caldwell’s standard template and will direct <br />the design team to follow the City’s procedures for site access. <br />•Contract NTP will be by September 2023 and contract end date is 6/30/2026. <br />•There will be 34 monthly invoices <br />•There will be 74 bi-weekly meetings <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />•Participate in the Project Kickoff Meeting. <br />•Review and provide consolidated comments on draft PMP. <br />•Coordinate attendance at regular PM meetings. <br />•Review monthly status reports and supporting project documentation for invoice and <br />payment approval. <br />Meetings <br />•Project Kickoff Meeting <br />•Biweekly PM calls for the duration of Project. <br />Work Products <br />•Project Management Plan, draft and final. <br />•Monthly progress reports and invoices. <br />•Submittal of updated project logs as needed to support key activities and decisions (risk <br />register, action/issue/decision logs). <br />•Project change requests (PCRs) as necessary. <br />•Brief meeting agendas and notes for bi-weekly calls. <br />Phase 120 – Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) <br />Activities/Approach: Develop and implement a quality management plan (QMP) to review <br />calculations and work products from the Project. Based on the QMP, provide appropriate calculation <br />and deliverable QA/QC reviews by in-house, senior staff members. Work products are listed <br />in subsequent tasks. Incorporate internal and City review comments to prepare and complete final <br />work products. <br />This phase includes the following activities: <br />•Develop QMP as part of the overall PMP, identifying the protocols and procedures being <br />deployed on the project for quality assurance and quality control. This will include adherence <br />to items such as: City standards; design criteria and project goals; data validation; industry <br />practice, codes, and regulatory requirements; requirements with other disciplines. <br />•Manage and execute the QMP. <br />•Review project management elements which include design team project organization, <br />communication plans, project cost control procedures, document control, health and safety
