If wetlands or streams are <br />impacted, additional scope would be required. <br />• An archaeologist will monitor 5 days of geotechnical borings. <br />• City of Everett is responsible for acquiring rights of entry to field reconnaissance sites. <br />• No historic buildings or structures that would require documentation and inventory, and no <br />historic property inventory forms will be required <br />• No cultural sample collection or analysis will be required. <br />• Development of an Archeological Resources Monitoring Plan is outside this scope of <br />services. <br />• No National Register Nominations are included in this scope. <br />• No Washington State Archaeological Site or Isolate Inventory Form will be needed. <br />• If at any time human remains are encountered, work will cease, and notification of affected <br />parties will proceed as directed by RCW 27.44. <br />• Discovery of an archaeological site will require additional identification work beyond the <br />present scope to evaluate its significance and arrive at appropriate assessments of adverse <br />effects. <br />• Railroad safety certification will not be required. <br />• No onsite wetlands are present, and no Federal permits are required. <br />• ESA will prepare the SEPA documentation, and this project will be combined with the Port <br />Gardner Storage Facility project. <br />• ESA will prepare the Shoreline Substantial Development permit. <br />• ESA, working with Brown and Caldwell, will prepare the clear and grade, building, and right of <br />way use permits application packages. <br />• NPDES permits for construction activity will be needed for the north and south portions of the <br />pipeline alignment. <br />• All permit fees will be paid by the City of Everett. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Pay permit fees <br />• Provide access as required to non-City right-of-ways and properties. <br />Meetings <br />• Participate in team meetings as required <br />Work Products <br />• Draft and final Cultural Resources report. <br />• Tribal correspondence for the City to distribute on city letterhead. <br />• City of Everett permit applications for shoreline substantial development, clear and grade, <br />building, and right of way use permits. <br />• NPDES Construction permit applications <br />• SEPA documentation
