PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer Design Scope of Work 08-25-2023 <br /> <br />24 of 41 <br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />• It is assumed that no temporary construction easements will be required for temporary traffic <br />control. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• The City of Everett will be the lead agency for coordination with affected Property Owners <br />including but not limited to Naval Station Everett, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and <br />the Port of Everett. The City of Everett will prepare third party agreements related to <br />temporary access during construction. <br />Meetings <br />• Client kickoff meeting (In person) <br />• Design Team Kickoff meeting (virtual) <br />• Monthly team meetings (virtual, 18-months) <br />• Design Workshops (assume four) <br />• Third party meetings with Key Property Owners (assume 3) <br />Work Products <br />• Provide 60% PS&E (4 construction packages) <br />• Provide 90% PS&E (4 construction packages) for Permit <br />• Final PS&E (4 construction packages) <br />Phase 390 – Constructability Review <br />Objective: to provide an independent constructability review of up to 4 construction packages. <br />Constructability Review activities are being led by KBA. <br />Activities/Approach: <br />• Contract and Team Management: Provide overall day-to-day management of the contract and <br />team, including: <br />o Decide on best modes and frequency of communication with the City and Prime (BC). <br />Liaison and coordinate with the City on a regular basis to discuss Project issues and <br />status. <br />o Manage and organize and layout work for team. <br />o Review monthly expenditures and scope activities. Prepare and submit to BC <br />monthly, an invoice and progress report describing services provided that period. <br />Prepare and submit reporting required by funding source(s), if any. <br />o Attend Project Kick-off meeting. <br />• Design-Phase Constructability Review <br />o Site Visit. Accompany BC on a plans-in-hand site visit to acquaint KBA with the Project <br />and site. <br />o Advise BC as requested, on challenging constructability issues. <br />o Constructability Reviews: Participate in Constructability reviews at the following
