PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer Design Scope of Work 08-25-2023 <br /> <br />37 of 41 <br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• City will accept a hybrid CAD standard that includes applicable City standards and BC <br />standards to accommodate the use of BIM tools and 3D design. <br />• Workshops are assumed to be two hour meetings held virtually via MS Teams. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Participate in site visits (as needed) and workshops. <br />Meetings <br />• Up to two site visits to verify field conditions. Assume 3 staff conduct two site visits each for <br />4 hours per visit. <br />• Monthly team meetings <br />Work Products <br />• CAD Standards TM, draft and final <br />• BIM Execution Plan (BXP), draft and final <br />• PowerPoint presentations for each workshop <br />• Brief meeting agendas and notes for workshops <br />Phase 610 – Final Design <br />Objective: To develop final design construction packages for the identified work packages. <br />Activities/Approach: <br />• Develop 60, 90, 100% (bid ready) construction drawings <br />• Develop 60, 90, 100% (bid ready) construction specifications <br />• Develop 60, 90, 100% (bid ready) construction schedule <br />• Develop 60, 90, 100% and bid ready construction cost estimate <br />o 60% AACEI Class 3 (-20% to +30%), 90% AACEI Class 2 (-15% to +20%), 100% and <br />bid ready AACEI Class 1 (-10% to +5%) <br />• Complete potholing to identify utility locations and conflicts <br />Task Assumptions <br />• 4 construction packages will be identified (in no particular order): <br />o Package 1: North of PGSF (CO1, 2, 3, and stormwater pretreatment units) <br />o Package 2: South of PGSF (CO9, 10, 11, 19, 28 and stormwater pretreatment unit) <br />o Package 3: BNSF Crossings (CO3, 19, 20, and 28) <br />o Package 4: Pipe rehab/slip line (CO3 and 8) <br />• Package 1 drawing list (37 pages): <br />o Cover page (1) <br />o Drawing list, standard notes (1) <br />o Standard symbols, line types, abbreviations, survey notes (1) <br />o Key Map (1) <br />o Conveyance Options plan and profile sheets (6) <br />o Structural Vault design plans and details (CO-3 discharge structure) (4) <br />o Utility relocate plan and profile sheets (4) (if identified) <br />o TESC sheets (3) <br />o Pavement restoration sheets (3) <br />o Traffic control sheets (6)
