I am the planner conducting the Planning intake re-review for this application; please note the following
comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the
submittal checklist. Additional comments may also be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application;
please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers.
Alex Byrd sent a correction email on September 28th; it has been attached for your reference.The correction items Alex
mentioned have not been addressed. Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit submittal for Intake
until the following revisions have been addressed:
• Site plan.The site plan must be drawn to meet the minimum residential site plan checklist requirements
including but not limited to existing/proposed driveway materials and dimensions, lot coverage calculations, etc.
Please refer to the checklist for complete details and revise the plan accordingly.
• Building plans. Construction level drawings must be provided. A legend appears to have been added to the
plans however it there is no differentiation between the "existing" and "proposed" walls shown. Please provide
construction level drawings that clearly delineate the existing and proposed conditions.
For reference, the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan
checklist and building height handout. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies
of any revised documents/plans.The Unified Development Code is available online, here:
https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19.
These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other
departments.
