I <br /> employ any waiter or other person to serve patrons with a ..beer._ and wine contain- <br /> ing not more than---3.2 per centum of alcohol by weight or Federal legalized beer and <br /> wine , unless the person so employed shall first obtain a license so to do . Any <br /> persons desiring to obtain a license as waiter or to wait upon and serve patrons <br /> of any licensed beer and wine parlor dealer, where said beer and wine is consumed <br /> . on the premises, "shall file with the City Clerk application for such license . Said <br /> application shall conform in all respects to the applications required to be filed <br /> by a person desiring to secure a license as provided in this Ordinance . The annual <br /> license fee for such license shall be Five ( 5.00) Dollars per year, and if such <br /> application is approved by the City Council, a license shall be issued to said ap- <br /> plicant upon payment of said fee ; provided , that no license shall be granted to any <br /> woman to engage in the occupation of a waiter in a beer and wine parlor . <br /> Changing Locations <br /> Section 7. Any licensed beer and wine dealer of the City of Everett where <br /> said beer and wine is consumed on the premises, who desires to change his place of <br /> business from one location to another, shall file his application therefor , with <br /> the City Clerk of the city of Everett and thereupon notice of such application <br /> or transfer shall be given. and the same proceedings had thereon as in the case of <br /> the granting of the original license . <br /> Closing Hours <br /> Section 8. In no beer parlor shall beer and wine be sold or in any manner <br /> disposed of in the city of Everett between the hours of 12 o'clock midnight and <br /> 7 o'clock A.M. of each day of the week, nor during the voting hours of any City, <br /> School, County, State or national election. day, end it shall be unlawful for any <br /> licensed beer parlor to keep Open during said hours, or have unlocked any door or <br /> doors , or open passage way to any beer parlor , or to permit any person not the own- <br /> er thereof or an employee therein to remain in or about the premises of said beer <br /> parlor during said prohibited hours . <br /> Disorderly Conduct Prohibited: Minors <br /> Section 9 . No licensed beer and wine containing 44.44 more than 3.2 per centum <br /> of alcohol by weight or Federal legalized beer and wine dealer, or persons having <br /> the management or control of a beer parlor , either as proprietor or employee there- <br /> of, shall in any such beer parlor , or room, or place connected therewith by any door <br /> or ether opening, or used in connection therewith, permit any breach of the peace , <br /> -4- <br />
