beer and wine is consumed on the premises, shall file with the City clerk appli- <br /> cation for such license. Said application shall conform in all respects to the <br /> applications required to be filed by a person desiring to secure a license as <br /> provided in this ordinance . The annual license fee for such license shall be <br /> Five ($.o ')' Dollars per year, and if such application is approved by the City <br /> Council, a license shall be issued to said applicant upon payment of said fee; <br /> provided, that no license shall be granted to engage in the occupation of a <br /> waiter in a beer and wine parlor where the applicant is a woman. <br /> CHANCING LOCATIONS <br /> Section 8. Any licensed beer and wine dealer of the City of Everett where <br /> said beer and wine is consumed on the premises, who desires to change his place <br /> of business from one location to another, shall file his application therefor, <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Everett and thereupon, notice of such appli- <br /> cation or transfer shall be given, and the same proceedings had thereon as in <br /> the case of the granting of the original license. <br /> C LOS I NG MOU RS <br /> Section 9. In no beer parlor shall beer and wine be sold, or in any man- <br /> ner be disposed of in the City of Everett, between the hours of 12 o'clock P. M. <br /> Saturday and 9 o'clock A.M. on the following Monday, nor between the hours of <br /> 12 o'clock P.M. and 9 o'clock A. M. on the other days of the week, nor during <br /> the voting hours of any City, County, State , or national election day, and it <br /> shall be unlawful for any licensed beer dealer during said hours to keep open, <br /> or unlocked, any door or doors, passage way to any beer parlor, or place where <br /> beer and wine is sold, or to permit any person not the owner or employee there- <br /> in to remain in or about the place where beer and wine is sold or disposed of. <br /> DISORSERLY CCNDUCT PROHIBITED: kINOR.S <br /> Section 10: No licensed 3.2f. beer and wine or Federal legalized beer and <br /> wine dealer, or persons having the management or control of a beer parlor, ei- <br /> ther as proprietor or employee thereof, shall in any such beer parlor, or room, <br /> or place connected therewith by any door or other opening, or used in connection <br /> therewith, permit any breach of the peace, or disturbance of the public order <br /> or decorum, or any noisy, riotous or disorderly conduct, or sell or give, or <br /> permit to be sold or given, any beer or wine to any person already intoxicated <br /> or to any person not of legal majority, or permit or allow any minor to be, or <br /> -4- <br />
