2 Outreach & engagement strategy [September 2023 – November 2023] <br />PRR to: <br />2.1 Meet with Everett Transit staff to develop a successful community engagement strategy <br />and plan that includes: <br />2.1.1 Identifying key community audiences <br />2.1.2 Partner agency engagement <br />2.1.3 Engagement with the Transportation Advisory Committee <br />2.1.4 Internal staff strategy <br />2.2 Create engagement goals and strategies to help ensure the success of engagement and <br />survey data collection, including items like page visits and survey responses. <br />2.3 Prepare PowerPoint Presentation information for Everett Transit staff to use for <br />engagement with neighborhoods <br />2.4 Prepare for and attend two meetings of the Transportation Advisory Committee. <br />(Assume 2 one-hour prep meeting per TAC meeting, one PRR employee) <br />3 Outreach <br />Consultant will support Everett Transit in the outreach process to discuss and collect input to <br />confirm the long-term vision for Everett Transit. This task includes an in-person presence to <br />ensure all interested parties can participate in the process. Assume PRR collaborates with ET for <br />each task. <br />3.1 Phase One, confirming customer & resident needs - customer and resident <br />understanding of micro transit and ADA compliance changes [November 2023 – <br />December 2023] <br />3.1.1 Develop online survey to facilitate feedback process (Assume Everett Transit will <br />provide initial direction on what they would like to learn. Assume two rounds of <br />review and collaboration on survey revisions. PRR language services team will <br />do initial review to confirm translatability into Spanish, translate the survey into <br />Spanish, and will review all programmed survey materials for quality control.) <br />3.1.1 Budget includes drawing for survey participants to win one of ten $100 <br />gift cards for participating in the first survey. <br />3.1.2 Develop notifications that will be used to invite customers and residents to <br />engage with the process. PRR will design and develop copy for the collateral <br />materials and ads noted below. PRR will provide all translation into Spanish. PRR <br />will provide all paid media planning and strategy. <br />3.1.2 One external bus ad Everett Transit will pay expenses <br />3.1.2 Six total digital and social media ads for up to six publications (One ad <br />per publication, ad translation will depend on recommended media <br />outlets) <br />3.1.2 One postcard mailing to 8,000 households (PRR to assist with identifying <br />sample demographics and coordinate with mailing house for purchase
