PRR language services team will <br />do initial review to confirm translatability into Spanish, will translate the survey <br />into Spanish, and will review all programmed survey materials for quality <br />control.) <br />3.2.1 Budget includes drawing for survey participants to win one of ten $100 <br />gift cards for participating in the survey. <br />3.2.2 Update copy for notifications from Phase One that will be used in Phase Two to <br />invite customers and residents to engage with the process. PRR will provide <br />copy updates for the materials listed below. PRR will provide all translation into <br />Spanish. Additionally, PRR will provide all paid media planning and strategy. ET <br />will place all bus ads and cover expense for placement as well as production. <br />3.2.3 For Phase Two, PRR will provide copy updates to the deliverables below. No <br />new design will be implemented. <br />3.2.3 Six total digital and social media ads for up to six publications (One ad <br />per publication, ad translation will depend on recommended media <br />outlets) <br />3.2.3 One postcard mailing to 8,000 households (PRR to assist with identifying <br />sample demographics and coordinate with mailing house for purchase <br />of mailing list, postage and printing). Assumes PRR will pay direct <br />expenses. Assumes postcard will include Spanish language block.
