Includes summaries for responses to up to <br />two open-ended questions in each of the two surveys. <br />4.2 Notifications (Assumes all notifications for Phase Two will only include copy updates, no <br />new design.) <br />4.2.1 Up to four display boards for use during workshops (four each per phase) <br />4.2.2 Two press releases (one per phase) <br />4.2.3 A total of twelve digital and social media ads for up to six publications (6 for <br />phase 1 and 6 for phase 2), type of ads to be determined by paid media plan. <br />4.2.4 Two direct mail postcards with Spanish language block included (one per phase) <br />4.2.5 Two paid media plans (one per phase) <br />4.3 One PowerPoint Presentation information for Everett Transit staff to use for <br />engagement with neighborhoods <br />4.4 Phase One and Phase Two summary reports summarizing survey responses and <br />workshops (up to three pages each) <br />5 Additional guidance/assumptions <br />5.1 All public outreach and involvement strategies will follow the current City of Everett – <br />Everett Transit’s Federal Transit Administration Title VI Program. <br />5.2 Assumes all notifications for Phase One will receive copy updates for Phase Two.
