<br />Information regarding IT infrastructure and security of
<br />computer and telecommunications systems.
<br />“Category 4 Confidential Information” means information that is
<br />specifically protected from disclosure by law and for which:
<br />Especially strict handling requirements are dictated, such as
<br />by statutes, regulations, or agreements; or
<br />Serious consequences could arise from unauthorized
<br />disclosure, such as threats to health and safety, or legal
<br />sanctions.
<br />“Confidential Information” means information of any kind that is (1)
<br />categorized as Category 3 Confidential Information and/or Category 4
<br />Confidential Information and (2) is disclosed by the City to Receiving
<br />Party.
<br />“Confidential Data Breach”means the unauthorized acquisition, access,
<br />use, or disclosure of Confidential Information shared under this Agreement
<br />that compromises the security, confidentiality or integrity of the
<br />Confidential Information.
<br />“Department” means the City’s Information Technology Department.
<br />“Director” means the City’s Director of Information Technology.
<br />“Disclosure” or “Disclose” means the disclosure, release, transfer,
<br />provision of, access to, or divulging information in any manner from one
<br />person to another person.
<br />“Personal Information” means information identifiable to any person,
<br />including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name,
<br />health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental
<br />services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security
<br />Numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any
<br />financial identifiers.
<br />“Receiving Party” means the person set forth in the table above. Unless
<br />the specifically stated otherwise in this Addendum, “Receiving Party”
<br />includes the Receiving Party’s owners, members, officers, directors,
<br />partners, employees, and/or agents. For purposes of any permitted
<br />subcontract, “Receiving Party” includes any subcontractor and its owners,
<br />members, officers, directors, partners, employees, and/or agents.
<br />“Use” includes assessing or sharing data or the employment, application,
<br />utilization, examination, or analysis of data.
<br />“Washington OCIO Security Standard” means the Washington Office of
<br />the Chief Information Officer Standard, 141.10

<br />may be hereafter amended or superseded.
