The project requires modified and additional framing to substantiate and improve structural load paths. Framing improvements include but are not limited to: a. First story interior walls, first floor and interior foundations to support new second floor loads. Note that due to changing the character of the building, all framing the revised load paths must support both the proposed second floor loads, 25 psf roof snow loading, and 40 psf first floor loads.
