Each dwelling unit should complete with the energy efficiency requirements of Section 406. <br /> The selected energy credits per Table R406.2 should be specified in the drawings. Separate <br /> credits should be specified for each unit. <br /> 18. The proposed project should specify ventilation and exhaust for each unit per IRC Section R303. <br /> The units should include a whole house ventilation system. <br /> 19. The proposed project should specify exhaust for each unit per IRC Chapter 15. Exhaust fans <br /> should be provided in each bathroom, laundry room and over kitchen ranges. <br /> 20. The project should specify heating and cooling systems for each unit per IRC Chapter 14. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
