Our response appears in bold <br />General <br />1. The Site Plan on Sheet A0.1 appears to show that the east addition will be constructed up to <br />the 5-foot setback. See Section R106.1.1. The following comments should be addressed: <br />a. The setback should be shown on the plans to verify the distance between it and the <br />building wall. <br />Response: Setback is shown on Floor plans and dimensioned to wall on <br />revised sheets A2.1 & A2.2. <br />b. The roof eave in the Roof plan on Sheet A2.3 appears to extend into the setback. The <br />extension into the setback should be dimensioned. <br />Response: Setback is shown on Roof Plan and the dimension of the Overhang <br />extension into the setback is shown on revised sheet A2.3. <br />c.
