• • If the floor space to be used is more than 2500 square feet and less than 5000 square feet, $25.00. per year, payable in ad- vance. If the floor space so used is more than 5000 square feet and less than 660 square feet, $30.00 per year, payable in ads- vane. If the floor space to be so used is more than 6500' square feet, $50.00 per year, ; ,,arable in advance. Section7 �,,, dny license granted hereunder to conduct a dance-hall, dancing school or other place, except as herein provided, may be revoked by the Commissioner of Public Safety after a hearing held on t1 a days' written notice thereof, and the action of said Commissioner in revoking any such license shall be final and conclusive. Every licensee accepting a license hereunder shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions of this Section wit rgspect to the cancellation of licenses. Section No license granted hereunder shall be transferable without the consent of the Commissioner of 'Public Safety, nor shall any public dance, dance hall or dancing school be conducted at any other place than that specified in the liw cense therefor.Section 104b ; No immoral, indecent, suggestive or ob. scene dances shall be given or carried on in any building, room, hall, pavilion or other place licensed under the provisions of this Ordinance. Every such building, hall, room, pavilion or other place used for public dancingshall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All buildings, halls, rooms, pavilions or other places in which public dances are carried on, as well as all halls, corridors and other rooms leading thereto Or` connect- ing therewith shall at all times, while open'to the public, be fully lighted, and every public dance-hall or any place wherein ,public dances are carried on, as provided in this ordinance, shall _ �w 4
