The Contractor shall start work to remedy any such defects within 7 calendar 1 <br />days of receiving Contracting Agency’s written notice of a defect, and shall complete 2 <br />such work within the time stated in the Contracting Agency’s notice. In case of an 3 <br />emergency, where damage may result from delay or where loss of services may 4 <br />result, such corrections may be made by the Contracting Agency’s own forces or 5 <br />another contractor, in which case the cost of corrections shall be paid by the 6 <br />Contractor.
