When the revised site plan is ready to be submitted please provide two (2) paper Copies to <br />Permit Services along with a transmittal sheet. Once your geological assessment has been <br />completed and includes the standards outlined in EMC 19.37 please provide one (1) paper <br />copy and a pdf copy emailed to me at gpitillardQgverettora.go .
