EXISTING CONDITIC=UMMARY <br /> Total acreage: 4.8 <br /> Disturbed acreage: 0.5 <br /> Existing structures: none <br /> Landscape Topography: Bare soil, flat gently sloped and undulating <br /> Drainage Patterns The site is largely flat. Localized <br /> depressions may allow ponding. A gentle <br /> slope to the east exists in some portions of <br /> the site. <br /> Existing vegetation: Mostly unvegetated, with some grasses and <br /> shrubs around the edges of the site. <br /> Critical areas: None <br /> OFF-SITE ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION <br /> Upon completion of the excavation and backfill, no hard or impervious surface <br /> will be added and any potential for pollution will have been removed. <br /> UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS <br /> Due to the flat nature of the site and its high infiltration capacity, flow from or onto <br /> adjacent properties are negligible. <br /> MR 2 -STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN <br /> The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is provided as a separate <br /> document. <br /> MR— 3 WATER POLLUTION SOURCE CONTROL <br /> Upon completion of the cleanup as described in the CAP (GeoEngineers 2018) <br /> there will be no ongoing sources of potential pollution on the site.
