Our intent based on early communication with you and other city personnel, is to use the Phase I storage mezzanine <br />under a temporary certificate of occupancy while the construction of the Phase II warehouse addition is being <br />constructed. The Phase II warehouse addition will provide level 2 human and forklift access to the Phase I storage <br />mezzanine which resides over the level 1 manufacturing area. The newly accessed warehouse will have (2) additional <br />man door exits accessible from the storage mezzanine along with accessible access to the main elevator connecting all <br />floors. <br />Our hope is that you could acknowledge this understanding via email so we're all clear on the intent and process. <br />Thank you very much!
