One comment has not been completely addressed and requires additional action before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2018 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2018 International Mechanical Code (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be submitted to the Building Division for review: a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for compliance with the adopted codes.
