2i Milk containing less than three and one-fourth per centum <br /> (3.25) of milk fat. <br /> 3: Milk of less specific gravity t',an one and twenty-eight <br /> thousandths (1.026) . <br /> 4: Milk drawn from cows within fifteen (15) days before or <br /> five (5) days after parturition. <br /> 5: Milk drawn from animals fed on any substance in a state <br /> of putrefaction or on any unwholesome food, or that are allowed <br /> to drink stagnant or polluted water. <br /> 6: Milk drawn from cows kept in crowded or unhealthful surr- <br /> roundings or from cows suffering from tuberculosis or any other <br /> disease. <br /> 7: Milk which has been diluted with water or to which has <br /> been added or introduced any foreign substance whatever. <br /> 8: Milk, not in the process of pasteurization, which has a <br /> temperature of more than sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> 9: Milk which has ceom from dairies or localities where the <br /> dairy attendants are affected with or exposed to any communicate <br /> disease. <br /> 10: Milk which is placed in containers which are not proper- <br /> ly washed and sterilized or are washed or rinsed with contaminated <br /> water. <br /> 11: Milk which comes from a dairy, farm or farms which have <br /> not been inspected and permit duly issued as provided in this Or- <br /> dinanc e. <br /> 12: Milk containing, before pasteurization, more than 100,000 <br /> bacteria per cubic centimeter. <br /> 13: Raw, bottled, market milk which contains more than 25,000 <br /> bacteria per cubic centimeter. <br /> 14: Pasteurized market milk which contains more than 10000 <br /> bacteria per cubic centimeter; and pasteurized cream which con- <br /> tains more than 30,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. <br /> 15: Milk transported, stored or kept or offered for sale in <br /> and from any unsanitary conveyance or conveyances not so construct- <br />
