2i Milk containing less than three and one-fourth per centum (3.25) of milk fat. 3: Milk of less specific gravity t',an one and twenty-eight thousandths (1.026) . 4: Milk drawn from cows within fifteen (15) days before or five (5) days after parturition. 5: Milk drawn from animals fed on any substance in a state of putrefaction or on any unwholesome food, or that are allowed to drink stagnant or polluted water. 6: Milk drawn from cows kept in crowded or unhealthful surr- roundings or from cows suffering from tuberculosis or any other disease. 7: Milk which has been diluted with water or to which has been added or introduced any foreign substance whatever. 8: Milk, not in the process of pasteurization, which has a temperature of more than sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit. 9: Milk which has ceom from dairies or localities where the dairy attendants are affected with or exposed to any communicate disease. 10: Milk which is placed in containers which are not proper- ly washed and sterilized or are washed or rinsed with contaminated water. 11: Milk which comes from a dairy, farm or farms which have not been inspected and permit duly issued as provided in this Or- dinanc e. 12: Milk containing, before pasteurization, more than 100,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. 13: Raw, bottled, market milk which contains more than 25,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. 14: Pasteurized market milk which contains more than 10000 bacteria per cubic centimeter; and pasteurized cream which con- tains more than 30,000 bacteria per cubic centimeter. 15: Milk transported, stored or kept or offered for sale in and from any unsanitary conveyance or conveyances not so construct-
