Page 12 of 23 <br />Task 4.2: Supplier will share Recommendations & Assessment Report <br /> As a PDF <br /> At an in-person open house and city council meeting <br />Task 4.3: Supplier will produce document(s) for use in Economic Development chapter of Comprehensive <br />Plan <br />2.6 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The supplier will report to the Project Manager. The Supplier will provide internal communications and <br />messages in the form of oral communication and written memos to the Project Manager as needed. <br />MEETINGS <br />The Supplier shall attend a variety of meetings that fall into the following categories: <br />A. Meetings with Project Staff <br /> Conduct regular meetings with Project Staff to facilitate discussion on content of the <br />efficiency study report based upon internal and external stakeholder input. <br />B. Interim Meetings <br /> Monthly status updates with Project Manager <br /> Monthly status updates with key city staff, as necessary <br /> Council briefings for each phase of the plan development as described in section 2.5. <br />C. Focus Group Meetings <br /> Facilitate communication with external stakeholders as appropriate. <br /> Provide updates to City Council, as necessary. <br /> <br />2.7 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City staff will be responsible for the following: <br />• Providing a primary contact for Supplier <br />• Provide background and requirements. <br />• Provide existing available data and reports to support analysis. <br />• Provide existing background data. <br />• Recruit focus group members. <br />• Provide meeting space for focus group members. <br />• Coordinate review of consultant deliverables <br />• Being responsive to edits to documents before they are finalized. <br /> <br />2.8 WORK MADE FOR HIRE <br />All Deliverables, in whole and in part, shall be deemed works made for hire of City of Everett for all <br />purposes of copyright law, and copyright shall belong solely to the City of Everett. To the extent that any <br />such Deliverable does not qualify as a work for hire under applicable law, and to the extent that the <br />Deliverable includes materials subject to copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right <br />protection, Awarded Supplier agrees to assign, and hereby assigns, all right, title and interest in and to <br />Deliverables, including without limitation all copyrights, inventions, patents, trade secrets, and other <br />proprietary rights therein (including renewals thereof) to the City of Everett.
