Raw or uncooked meat, drawn poultry, game, fish or other sea <br /> foods, bakery goods or other prepared foods whatsoever, shall not he <br /> kept of offered for sale in open windows, doorways or outside of 'wild. <br /> ings, or in any street or alley, private or public place unless suita. <br /> bly covered. <br /> Live poultry shall not be kept in the same room or comport.. <br /> ment in which meat and other foods are kept or offered for sale, nor <br /> shall live poultry be kept in any room or compartment adjoining such <br /> room or compartment if the conditions are such that the room or com. <br /> partment in which the live poultry is kept ventilates or is likely to <br /> vantilate into such other room or compartment so that the odors from <br /> eir enclosures may contaminate the neat and other foods. • <br /> Section 2. All meat markets or other places of business for <br /> the sale of game, poultry, meats, fish or other sea foods, shall be <br /> provided with tight floors made of tongue.and.groove flooring or of <br /> concrete and with water and sewer connections. And, further, all cases <br /> for the protection of fresh meats and fish shall he glass cove ed and <br /> such meat and fish markets and other places where fresh meats and fish <br /> are sold shall be provided with standard and approved meat blocks, meat <br /> saws and cleaver, together with adequate facilities for daily cleansimg <br /> and sterilizing with hot water such utensils and receptacles. <br /> Section no All fish and (or) meat markets where fish ore <br /> dressed or ground meats are prepared or where poultry is killed and <br /> dressed , shall be provided with tables, metal covered or covered with <br /> tongue.and.groove lumber, and shall he provided with proper killing <br /> beds with concrete floors, such for preparing ground meats and dressing <br /> ,oultry and fish shall be entirely separate from the sales room and <br /> meat and fish storage rooms of such market or markets, and such tables <br /> and killing beds shall he provided with running water and shall have <br /> sewer connections) such rooms shall also have lavatory conveniences <br /> for the use of the employees. <br /> All fish and (or) meat markets, or other places where tie <br /> above mentioned products are sold, offered and exposed for sdle, <br />
