If more frequent outreach is needed, a scope amendment may be required. <br />•One set of minor comments will be responded to by Anchor QEA. This task does not <br />include preparing any new analyses or documentation if requested by the agencies. If <br />more substantive comments are received by review agencies, a scope amendment will <br />be required. <br />•This task does not include mitigation coordination or documentation. <br />•This task is based under CONSULTANT’S current understanding that there is no <br />actual or documented soil or groundwater contamination at the project site. If the site is <br />found/considered by Ecology to be contaminated, the additional work to coordinate <br />with Ecology, collect samples, and/or prepare application or additional supporting <br />documents will require additional scope and budget to complete. <br />•The existing cultural resources documentation submitted with the permit application will <br />be sufficient for National Historic Protection Act Section 106 compliance. <br />•A Clean Water Act Section 404(b)(1) Alternatives Analysis will not be required. <br />•This scope does not include budget for Dredged Material Management Program <br />(DMMP) coordination. If DMMP coordination is required, additional scope and budget <br />will be required. <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables to be provided subsequent to this task include: <br />•CSGP Notice of Intent Application (copy of online submittal). <br />•Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />•Email responses to agency comments or questions. <br />Task 800 – 100% Plans Specifications and Estimates: <br />The CONSULTANT shall develop the 100% level design plans from previous work completed in the <br />90% design phase and the project environmental and permitting processes. The CONSULTANT shall <br />review and provide written responses to CITY comments on the 90% level design plan submittal and <br />the project environmental and permitting processes. <br />800.1 Prepare 100% Level Design Plans <br />The CONSULTANT shall develop 100% level design plans; each site to be compiled as a stand- <br />alone package for bid, including contract specifications and bid proposal, cost estimate, etc. Plans <br />shall be prepared to current City standards and other reference documents. CONSULTANT shall <br />address comments on the Draft SWPPP and submit the final with the 100% submittal. <br />The No-Rise Evaluation Memorandum prepared previously will undergo Agency review. <br />Consultant shall address all review comments and update memorandum as needed and submit a <br />final memorandum. <br />800.2 Prepare 100% Level Design Plan Specifications <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare the project specifications (standard specification and special <br />provisions) for the 100% level design plans. <br />800.3 Prepare 100% Level Design Plan Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimate <br />The CONSULTANT shall update the 90% engineer's construction cost estimate using estimated <br />quantities from the 100% level design plans and review the unit costs.
