e) Certification by City Council that all plat conditions have been met; <br /> f) Certification by the County Treasurer that the taxes on the described plat <br /> are current; and <br /> g) Certification by the City Treasurer that all Local Improvement District <br /> assessments are paid in full for residential and are current for business, <br /> commercial, and industrial plat or short plat. <br /> 3. Subdivision or Short Subdivision Certificate: <br /> All final subdivision or short subdivision applications shall be accompanied by a <br /> title company certification current to within thirty (30) days from filing of final <br /> plat or short plat map; provided, however, the applicant shall be responsible for <br /> updating the title report to ensure that it is current as of the time of final plat or <br /> short plat review. This report must confirm that the title of the lands as <br /> described and shown on the subdivision plat or short subdivision plat is in the <br /> name of the owners signing the plat or short plat map. <br /> 4. Survey for Subdivision or Short Subdivision: <br /> A survey is required for all subdivisions or short subdivisions and must be <br /> conducted by or under the supervision of a registered licensed land surveyor in <br /> the state of Washington in accordance with Section 7.1 of this Ordinance. <br /> H. Final Review and Approval Process <br /> 1. Required Review Process: <br /> a) A final short subdivision shall be reviewed as a Review Process I as <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 2136-96, as amended. <br /> b) A final subdivision shall be reviewed as a Review Process VI as defined <br /> in Ordinance No. 2136-96. as amended. <br /> c) Prior to the submittal of any preliminary subdivision or short subdivision <br /> to the City for final approval, the applicant must demonstrate compliance <br /> with all of the conditions of the preliminary approval and prepare all of <br /> the necessary final documents as required in Section 2.G. <br /> d) Applicants for final subdivision or short subdivision approval shall file <br /> their final plat or short plat meeting all the requirements of Chapter <br /> 58.17 RCW and this Ordinance with the City's Public Works <br /> Department. The Public Works Department shall review the final plat <br /> or short plat and circulate it to other City departments to determine <br /> whether the requirements of this Ordinance have been met. <br /> i) Short Subdivisions: The Director and City Engineer shall <br /> determine whether requirements of this Ordinance have been met. <br /> If the requirements have been met, they shall certify that the <br /> proposed final short plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 <br /> RCW and this Ordinance. <br /> 20 <br />
