Pre-Application Conference <br /> Prior to submittal of a cluster alternative application, a pre-application conference must <br /> be completed as defined in Section 2.A of this Ordinance. <br /> B. Preliminary Application Submittal Requirements <br /> 1. Fees: <br /> The applicant shall pay the required fees when submitting a preliminary cluster <br /> alternative application. <br /> 2. Application Documents: <br /> The City will provide all the forms and instructions for filing an application for <br /> a preliminary cluster subdivision or cluster short subdivision. An application <br /> for the cluster alternative shall consist of the following minimum information: <br /> a) City application form with verification that the pre-application <br /> conference has been completed or a signed waiver by the Director; <br /> b) Legal description for property to be subdivided; <br /> c) Vicinity map; <br /> d) Declaration of ownership form signed by the owner(s); <br /> e) A cluster subdivision or cluster short subdivision certificate from a Title <br /> Company which is not older than 30 days; <br /> f) Proposed preliminary cluster plat or cluster short plat map; <br /> g) Proposed supplemental map; <br /> h) Proposed site plan; <br /> i) Proposed landscaping plan; <br /> j) Proposed building designs including four elevations for each building <br /> and a bird's eye aerial drawing showing the entire development; <br /> 28 <br />
