City of Everett 00 11 13 - 2 <br />Port Gardner Storage Facility - Demolition Package WO# UP-3525 <br />00 11 13 - 2 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. <br />No Bidder may withdraw its Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, except as may be <br />provided in the Contract Documents. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award <br />as deemed in the best interest of the City.
