City of Everett 01 22 13 - 6 <br />Port Gardner Storage Facility - Demolition Package WO# UP-3525 <br />01 22 13 - 6 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br />E. Item #5 – TEMPORARY SITE POWER AND LIGHTING (Lump Sum) <br />1. The lump sum price for installation of temporary site power and lighting. This item <br />includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, appurtenances, and incidentals <br />required to complete the Work. This Work shall include: <br />a. Installation of temporary site lighting along the eastern extents of the site, <br />b. Installation of temporary power for construction trailers, including electrical <br />racks with panels and disconnects, <br />c. Installation of temporary power to existing Swale Pump Station , Area 25, <br />Area 30, Area 60, Area 70 and to Contractor staging area. <br />F. Item #6 – CONTAMINATED SOIL REMOVAL, DISPOSAL AND REPLACEMENT (Ton) <br />1. The unit price for contaminated soil removal, disposal and replacement. The <br />measurement will be made based on weight tickets for disposal and includes, but <br />not limited to the following: <br />a. Stockpiling <br />b. Loading and transportation of contaminated soil. <br />c. Efforts associated with sampling activities and administration for <br />treatment/disposal verification. <br />d. Weighing of trucks/soil. <br />e. Treatment/disposal of contaminated soil and debris. Treatment and/or <br />disposal shall be at a facility licensed to accept the contaminated soils based <br />on the profiling results. <br />f. Disposal of treated soils, visqueen covers and liners, treatment process <br />residuals, and all unsuitable material. <br />g. Certification of treatment/disposal. <br />h. Delivery of imported backfill to replace contaminated material that is hauled <br />off site. <br />2. Unit price shall include all overhead costs and related expenses, such as training, <br />certifications, planning, handling, and documenting soil contamination. <br />3. Payment will be made at the per ton price and shall be full compensation for <br />furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to accomplish <br />the Work. All costs associated with handling, loading, hauling, and disposing of <br />the contaminated material, including incidental contaminated waste, providing and <br />developing the Waste Management and Disposal Plan shall be included in the <br />unit contract price. <br />G. Item #7 – HAZARDOUS WASTE MATERIALS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL (Lump <br />Sum) <br />1. The lump sum price for hazardous material abatement for the project as described <br />on the Drawings, Volume 3 / Attachment F (Regulated Building Materials <br />Assessment) and as specified in Section 02 41 00, including costs for all labor, <br />material, and equipment, including all required permitting and documentation. <br />H. Item #8 – TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL (Lump Sum) <br />1. The lump sum price for temporary site erosion and sediment control during <br />construction. This includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, appurtenances, <br />and incidentals. This Work shall include, but not be limited to: <br />a. Development of a Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, <br />b. Implementation of slope stability, protection measures, and best <br />management practices, <br />c. Installation of above grade portable trackout control system,
