11. The garage/storage area is being converted to habitable space. The construction of this area is <br />required to comply with current code requirements for the structural construction. Structural <br />information for the construction should be provided. See IRC Sections R102.7. <br />12. Exterior doors are required to have landings per IRC Section R311.3. The step to the landing should not <br />exceed 7.75 inches. <br />Review of your project will be performed in the order received once the required documentation has been <br />submitted.
