<br />Page 13 of 31 <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />• Number of times the alert is activated due to lane departure <br />• Number of times the alert is activated due to hazards <br />• Number of times the alert is activated due to the presence of vulnerable road <br />users <br /> <br />2.8 SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE TESTING <br />The supplier will be responsible for installing the equipment on all vehicles. <br />All equipment and software furnished and all work performed under this specification must be inspected <br />and tested. Should any inspections or tests indicate that specific equipment, software, or documentation <br />does not meet the specification requirement, the appropriate items must be replaced, repaired, <br />upgraded, or added by the supplier as appropriate to correct the noted deficiencies at no cost to Everett <br />Transit. <br />The supplier must explain on Form 4.03 Questionnaire how the proposed equipment and software would <br />be inspected and tested to ensure it meets the RFP specifications. The following information must be <br />included in the test plans: <br />• Testing schedules. <br />• Identification of all tests to be performed, the purpose of each test, and the identification of the <br />functional requirement(s) being tested. <br />• Identification of hardware and software to be tested. <br />• Description of testing procedures. <br />• Description of measures of effectiveness or pass or fail criteria. <br />• Description of the methods and equipment used to record the test and test results. <br />• Description of the corrective actions and re-testing procedures. <br />• Identification of special testing conditions. <br />The Project Manager or designee reserves the right to witness any or all tests without charge and include <br />a check for compliance with all requirements set forth in this document and the resulting contract. The <br />supplier will provide reasonable notification to the Project Manager or designee of all tests no less than <br />five (5) business days. <br />2.9 SYSTEM TRAINING <br />The supplier must provide a comprehensive training program that enables Everett Transit’s employees to <br />operate and maintain the system. The training plan must assume training for Everett Transit system <br />operators and IT and maintenance personnel. Training topics must include, but not be limited to: <br />• Classroom training with a system-equipped transit vehicle for operators and operations supervisors. <br />• Training with management and administration staff responsible for overseeing the real-time and <br />archived data and reports generated as part of the system’s use.
