<br />Page 14 of 31 <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />• On-site training with a system-equipped transit vehicle for maintenance staff, including, but not <br />limited to, diagnostic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities. <br />The supplier must provide a detailed training plan with the overall project schedule. All training will be <br />conducted onsite at Everett Transit’s facility or online. The choice of training/location method will be at <br />the discretion of Everett Transit. When online training is performed, recording will be allowed for the sole <br />use of the City. Copies of training may not be distributed to other parties without the consent of the City. <br />Course instructors must have prior training experience and intimate familiarity with all aspects of the <br />systems, training materials, and training aids. The supplier must provide additional training at no cost to <br />Everett Transit if modifications to the software or hardware are made after the initial training due to <br />system(s) defect(s) or upgrade(s) within two (2) years of installations. <br />2.10 SYSTEM ROLES AND PERMISSIONS <br />The City would like to have separate roles and permissions depending on the internal user. At a minimum, <br />similar to: <br />• Standard User: The user can view data and produce reports. <br />• Administrator: has the ability to change delegations and settings, restrict or provide access, or add <br />users. <br />2.11 REQUIRED LICENSES <br />Pricing must be provided for full and complete access for a minimum of ten (10) users starting at the <br />initial implementation of the software. The City reserves the right to request additional users throughout <br />the duration of the contract. <br />2.12 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City of Everett will be responsible for the following: <br />• Coordinate with awarded supplier for software implementation. <br />• Monitor and review the supplier’s performance, reports, and data provided under this contract. <br />• Provide system configuration requirements. <br />• Schedule training. <br />• Provide additional hardware and resources, if needed. <br />2.13 QUANTITIES <br />The quantities listed in the price sheet are expressly agreed to be an estimated usage only. Nothing will <br />bind the City of Everett to purchase any specified number of parts. It is also understood that the City of <br />Everett will not be obligated to purchase or pay for any items until ordered and received by the city. The <br />city reserves the right to order and receive quantities as needed. <br />2.14 CONTRACT CHANGES <br />The City of Everett reserves the right to make changes, additions to, or deductions from these <br />specifications, provided that they conform to the general scope of the collision avoidance system and
