LE LOEB <br /> ELECTRIC <br /> • Pre-Planning Walkthrough: A Pre-Planning walkthrough will need coordinated through Loeb <br /> for everyjob.The job walk will take place at the Amazon job site after being awarded to the VEEC <br /> and no later than 10 weeks prior to outage. Pre-planning walkthroughs should include, at <br /> minimum, the following participants: <br /> o Amazon RME(that will be on site during the utility outage) <br /> o Amazon Safety <br /> o VEEC Team Lead <br /> o Amazon IT, when available (to be coordinated through Loeb) <br /> The purpose of the visit is to verify site conditions, meet with the Amazon team that will be <br /> present during shut down, review the AFRI schedule and activities, identify required shunt <br /> trips/close coils, review scope/location of equipment for PRM,determine distance to IDF/DACE <br /> cabinet and review the Amazon shut down procedures. During the pre-planning walkthrough, the <br /> VEEC is required to complete, at minimum, the information requested through the External <br /> Partner Submission Form. After the walkthrough and no later than 10 weeks prior to outage, <br /> VEEC s are required to attend a scope review call with the Electrical Contractor and Amazon EE to <br /> discuss the scope of work, as well as any site-specific findings. Proposals will be submitted after <br /> scope is agreed upon in this meeting. <br /> Site drawings are required for site walks. It is imperative that the VEEC determines if they have <br /> complete one-line drawings prior to going to the job walk. The VEEC is required to notify Loeb if <br /> drawings are not available. An arc flash study with one-line drawings is acceptable in lieu of site <br /> drawings. <br /> • Professionalism: Professionalism is expected from all contractors, while operating inside Amazon facilities <br /> it is expected that the facility and all equipment within is treated with the utmost respect. Contractors <br /> executing under this SOW are a representation of all stakeholders for this program. <br /> • Proposals: All Contractor's proposals are to be submitted to Loeb for processing through the <br /> External Partner Submission Form detailed in Appendix E. Proposal timing is 9 weeks from <br /> outage date. Proposals should be inclusive of all applicable costs, a bill of material, and any <br /> applicable sales taxes. Bill of material to include quantity, description, manufacturer, full part <br /> number for any materials provided by the VEEC (shunt trips, coils, etc.) please include AML <br /> SPE1000 on all Canada proposals. Proposal shall include the required pricing fields provided by <br /> Amazon for Testing, see Appendix E.VEEC and Electrical Contractor proposal must be divided <br /> into the following cost buckets: <br /> o Arc Flash label upgrade: Updated AF label to be installed considering relay clearing time. <br /> • AF refresh is not part of the scope. <br /> • Refer to Appendix P for label template and additional guidance. <br /> o Arc Flash Relay Installation <br /> o BMS connection <br /> o PM Service itemized out by number of equipment <br /> o IR Window Installation (IR windows will be provided by Loeb) <br /> o IR Scan (if applicable) <br /> o PRM services (VEEC only) <br /> • Includes remediation of any site electrical equipment deficiencies previously identified <br /> including IR scan findings. <br /> o Estimated Sales Tax(if applicable) <br /> o In addition to the above pricing structure, all proposal should include the following details: <br /> • If assumptions in proposal are based on site drawings or one-lines, drawing <br /> numbers/dates must be provided in proposal <br /> ■ List of all equipment to be serviced during the PM outage.
