LE LOEB <br /> ELECTRIC <br /> For GSF sites,Amazon IT will be required to attend this call. If the LOTO plan being presented <br /> is not approved by Amazon Onsite Technical Lead, the VEEC will have 48 hours to propose a <br /> new plan and a 2nd LOTO will be scheduled. At the <br /> end of"Approved" LOTO call all participants will acknowledge and agree to the LOTO plan via <br /> email reply after a summary of the accepted LOTO plan is sent to them by the Loeb Project <br /> Manager. The best time to work on the LOTO plan is when the VEEC is completing their site <br /> walk. For GSF sites, VEEC & EC will need to provide the appropriate generator(s) size to <br /> supply temporary power for all critical loads and a plan of where the temporary cables <br /> supplying power will be connected into the existing equipment in accordance with the NEC. <br /> • Material Custody: Arc Flash Relays, CT's, CT Boots, and Infrared Windows will all ship from <br /> Loeb Electric. Though the Relays and CT's are both bench-tested prior to arriving to Loeb, it is <br /> the installing VEEC's responsibility to test the Relays and CT's in their own shop and report any <br /> product deficiencies to Loeb Electric no later than (10) days prior to the planned outage date. <br /> The installing contractor claims custody and responsibility of the material once it is received <br /> and tested. <br /> o Contractors must complete inventory validation form from the External Partner <br /> Submission Form upon receipt of material from Loeb. <br /> o Contractors must complete Amazon Pre-Outage Enclosure Checklist Appendix N. <br /> • On Site Project Coordinator: VEEC's on-site execution team will need to include a Project <br /> Coordinator that will be responsible for communication with onsite Amazon personnel, Amazon <br /> outage support, and the Loeb Project Manager. This person will be responsible for sending <br /> updates to Loeb throughout the duration of the outages. <br /> o See Appendix E for further details on updates and communication expectations <br /> • Permitting, Licensing: All contracted parties are required to comply with all applicable codes, <br /> ordinances, regulations, laws, disposal restrictions, environmental regulations, and any other <br /> legal mandate, as set forth by agencies having jurisdiction (AHJ) which apply to the operations <br /> necessary to comply with this Scope of Work.All contracted parties are required to notify Loeb of <br /> any potential, non-compliance situations which require physical and/or operational changes to <br /> comply with local ordinances. This must be communicated prior to commencing any work at the <br /> job site. <br /> o Any required permits must be applied for within (72) hours of initial job-walk. <br /> • It is the contracted parties' responsibility to identify and obtain any <br /> required permits set forth by the AHJ. <br /> • It is Loeb's responsibility to identify and communicate any permitting <br /> requirements set forth by the local electrical utility.It is the contracted <br /> parties' responsibility to obtain any required permits. <br /> o Non-compliance of correct permitting procedures, including but not limited to Title 24, <br /> will not be tolerated and can include dismissal of contracted parties from future projects. <br /> o Copies of all permits are required to be submitted to Loeb within (24) hours of issuance. <br /> • Planning Calls: Starting 6 weeks prior to shutdown date (some sites may require additional <br /> planning calls and start earlier), once-weekly 30-minute planning calls will be scheduled through <br /> Chime with Amazon site team. Loeb, site personnel, and must attend and be prepared for every <br /> call. The assigned VEEC will only be required to be on the first and last planning calls but need to <br /> be available to attend other calls if requested.
