LE LOEB <br /> ELECTRIC <br /> • advised by anyone other than Loeb to perform any variations of this scope,the contracted party <br /> need to immediately reach out to the assigned Loeb Project Manager to discuss. <br /> • Subcontracting: Subcontracting is not permitted within this program, unless under Loeb's <br /> written authority. Should Loeb authorize the use of a subcontractor within this Agreement,the <br /> following requirements shall govern the use of said subcontractors. <br /> o All approved subcontracted work is the sole responsibility of the awarded party. Amazon <br /> reserves the right to immediately terminate its agreement with contractor and prohibit <br /> the contractor from bidding on future projects <br /> o Contractor shall submit to Amazon certification that the individual(s) has not been <br /> convicted of any felony or misdemeanor involving violence or dishonesty. <br /> o Loeb and Amazon shall have the right to refuse, in their sole discretion, any individual <br /> whom Contractor proposes to perform work as a subcontractor. <br /> o Contractor warrants that should Amazon and or Loeb be named as a respondent or <br /> defendant in any administrative orjudicial proceedings based upon an alleged violation of <br /> any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance arising out of the contractor's <br /> employment of individuals performing services as a subcontractor, contractor shall <br /> indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amazon and or Loeb from any and all liability due <br /> to the subcontractor's actions or omissions related to the Work. <br /> o All approved subcontractors are required to be Avetta Compliant. <br /> • Team Lead: A singular contractor point-of-contact will be identified that will serve as the on- <br /> site Team Lead for all work. The Team Lead needs determined prior to start of the 5-week site <br /> planning calls. All workers will need to check in with the Team Lead upon arrival to the job site. <br /> • Utility Outage: Loeb is responsible for scheduling electrical outages with the local utility <br /> company for the US outages and VEEC holds responsibility in Canada. Utility points-of-contact (if <br /> received by Loeb)will be provided to the VEEC lead for day-of communication purposes. Standby <br /> crews are always requested, but not all utilities can support this request.If a standby crew is not <br /> present,the VEEC is responsible for contacting the utility and coordinating a time to return to site <br /> to re-energize the building. <br /> o The VEEC is responsible for communicating real-time updates with Loeb on utility arrival <br /> and departure. <br /> o The VEEC is not permitted to change an outage date or time with the utility. <br /> • Waste/Debris: All waste and debris are to be placed in the interior receptacles. Contracted <br /> parties are not permitted to remove trash from the building. <br /> 101 Page <br />
