LE LOEB ELECTRIC • Conduct analysis—test results and trends. • Follow Amazon Switching procedure as outline in Appendix F • Where applicable remove any auxiliary protection relays; such as voltage relays, etc,. • VEEC to be provided [any available] engineering drawings (floor plans and one-line diagrams), • maintenance history, information of requirements/operational impact to the facility. • VEEC to provide comprehensive engineering report including equipment tested, findings, test data, and recommendations after completion of work. • VEEC to sync PowerDB data to Amazon server and provide PDF copy of report. • All deficiencies to be properly documented and corrective work scheduled if unable to repair immediately.Issue a 'Work from PM' work order for follow up repairs. • Ensure equipment is functioning appropriately and safely before returning to operations. • Ensure equipment and work area is clean prior to leaving work site. • Upload all inspection records- site specific, VEEC [VEEC Project Manager] etc. - to work order. • If any deficiencies are discovered and unable to repair immediately, schedule follow up date with VEEC [VEEC Project Manager to coordinate] and issue a new PO for the follow-up work. Issue a new 'Work from PM' work order. Provide adequate lead time for parts/scheduling. VEEC to provide proposal for any follow-up repairs. • Perform Testing in compliance with Amazon requirements 2.3 PM Division of Responsibilities • Amazon o Provide site one-line drawings at time of bidding work(when one-lines are available) o Provide copy of last completed arc flash study and corresponding .skm file if available (when applicable) o Provide a means to reach any equipment located above ground level o Provide list of IR deficiencies • Loeb o Provide professional project management services o Lead all communications between stakeholders, including but not limited to: ■ Amazon Corporate ■ Amazon Site Facility Vendor ■ Utility/ Power o Coordinate power outage with all stakeholders, contractors, and utilities providers. • VEEC o Serve as a technical lead during outage. o Perform visual and mechanical inspection, and electrical testing as specified o Document equipment and settings so that information may be loaded into a centralized data base. o Provide Loeb with inspection report within (15) business days after utility outage. o Perform necessary adjustments,which are required to bring equipment to satisfactory operating condition, or review these with EC prior to commencement of any additional work o Provide and install safety locks, as required, and in accordance with the facility safety guidelines o Provide all temporary lighting, generators, and tools required to complete work during a utility outage. • VEEC must identify need for temporary generators and temporary lighting during site wa I k(s). o Perform voltage test and install necessary circuit/equipment safety ground to assure safe working conditions 151 Page
