The fire flow requirements for the <br /> proposed structure will be 1.500 gallons per minute, The Applicant will be required to <br /> provide portable fire extinguishers with a UL rating of -A.t -B.C, and they will be <br /> required at;5,f et intervals on a;l floors of the building to be constructed. In addition. <br /> an automatic fire detention system will be required. The Applicant must satisfy all fire <br /> hydrant regulations. All plans for the fire systems must be submitted to the Fire <br /> Marshal (exhibit t 5) <br /> 17. The proposed project will be consistent with all Federal and State laws and <br /> regulations. In order for a Special Property Use Permit to be granted withinthe City of Everett,the <br /> General criteria of EMC 19.41.150.0 must be satisfied. Those criteria are iderffied in <br /> findingfact#3. <br /> 4. The criteria of EMC 19.41.150.0 have been addressed in the findings. All of the <br /> criteria are satisfied subject the compliance with conditions as set forth herein. <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions,testimony and evidence <br /> submitted at the public homing} and upon the impression of the Hearing Examines at a site <br /> view, it is hereby ordered that the requested sinislory wood-framed 3,000 square foot <br /> daycare facility with six off-street parking stalls and one cm-site loading space is approved for <br /> the property at 1300-100th Place SE, Everett; Washington.
