No utility main extensions will be provided. <br />• Specifications will be in WSDOT/APWA format. <br />• Everett Transit will provide boilerplate contract language to be included with the <br />specifications. <br />• A project opinion of cost will be prepared in PACE standard format. <br />• There are no sensitive or contaminated areas on site. <br />• A maximum of twenty-two civil plan sheets will be prepared. <br />• Color rendering graphics will not be produced under this task. <br />Deliverables: <br />• 60% Plans (PDF) <br />• 60% Opinion of Cost (PDF) <br />• 60% Specifications (PDF) <br />8. Stormwater Analysis <br />The intent of this task is to prepare a draft and final stormwater analysis report. <br />Drainage Design <br /> Early on we will provide a conceptual design for the stormwater based on the site <br />layout and the geotechnical engineering report (prepared by others) <br /> Provide onsite stormwater conveyance, flow control mitigation, water quality <br />treatment facilities and LID design for the project site in accordance with agency <br />requirements.
