Continuing with the previous comment, the basement level walls should be updated to comply <br /> with the 2018 WSEC. Below grade walls should be insulated per Table R402.1.1 unless <br /> modifications are required per selected energy credits. Basement level walls may have to be <br /> furred out in order to comply with the WSEC. <br /> 11. The loft and main level bathroom appear to be previously remodeled without permits. This <br /> includes exposing the exterior envelope cavities. The building is required to be insulated per <br /> WSEC Section R503.1.1. Where required, insulation complying with current code should be <br /> provided per Table R402.1.1. Attics should be provided with ventilation baffles per Section <br /> R402.2.3. <br /> 12.
