Provide shear wall schedule and hold-down schedule specifying required framing, <br />fasteners and connectors. <br />20. Section C on Sheet A4.2 shows an elevation difference from garage and Mud Room but <br />Detail 9 on Sheet A5.1 doesn't show an elevation difference. <br />21. Please specify a max concrete curb height in Detail 10/A5.1 <br />22. See Detail 8, 9, and 11 on Sheet A5.1. Please provide the distance between floor joist and <br />ground in crawl space. Joists closer than 18 inches and girders closer than 12 inches require <br />protection of wood from decay by use of naturally durable wood or wood that is <br />preservative -treated in accordance with AWPA U1. R317.1(1) <br />23. The structural drawings include work that has been deferred by the structural engineer <br />(Roof Trusses). A statement of deferred submittals shall be added to the Structural General <br />Notes listing work designated as deferred submittals. The note shall include a statement <br />requiring the engineer -of -record to review the deferred submittals and verify conformance <br />with the construction documents. See IBC Sections 107.2.1, 107.3.4, 107.3.4.1, and 107.4. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
