<br />Lexington-Broadway Stormwater Imp. Phase 1 16 Scope of Services <br />C. Water service to support the irrigation system with tap, water service line, meter, and <br />backflow prevention. <br />4. Electrical power service coordination and design that includes the following: <br />A. Electrical power service and sizing. <br />i. Up to one site review in support of power service design. <br />B. Site security lighting (estimated up to two luminaires). <br />C. Electrical conduit and service to support the irrigation system controllers. <br />5. Develop structural design including the following: <br />A. Flow split vault structure. <br />B. Retaining wall and foundation sheets based on Geotechnical Engineering Report design <br />recommendations. <br />C. Stormwater treatment facility structures and walls <br />6. Prepare traffic design including the following: <br />A. Signing and striping (replacement and restoration) design. <br />B. Coordinate temporary traffic control with City staff in support of technical specification <br />development and prepare a detour traffic plan for inclusion in the specifications. <br />7. Prepare design drawings, contract documents, and engineer’s OPCC: <br />A. Design milestone submittals at the 60 percent and 90 percent design levels. <br />B. Specifications per the City of Everett General Special Provisions (GSP) standard <br />template. <br />C. Prepare Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) Class 3 estimate <br />for the 60 percent design package. <br />D. Prepare an AACE Class 2 estimate for the 90 percent design package. <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City is responsible for the following activities: <br />1. Provide reviews, as needed, with one set of consolidated (conflict-resolved) comments <br />within 15 business days of receiving submittal documents. <br />2. Address easements (including temporary construction access easements), ROW, and <br />property acquisitions. <br />3. Coordinate with utility purveyors for relocations and removals (including communications <br />and duct banks and vaults) <br />4. The City will coordinate for water, electrical, and/or other required services. <br />5. Provide current City of Everett GSP template and contract inserts.
