<br />Lexington-Broadway Stormwater Imp. Phase 1 17 Scope of Services <br />Assumptions <br />The following was assumed for this task: <br />1. The conveyance and water quality treatment facility hydrologic modeling prepared with the <br />Lexington-Broadway Stormwater Improvements preliminary design may be used without <br />significant revisions. <br />2. The conveyance and stormwater treatment facility design prepared with the Lexington- <br />Broadway Stormwater Improvements preliminary design may be used without significant <br />design and concept revisions. <br />3. There will be no regulatory requirement changes that affect the project stormwater and <br />water quality design as approved by Ecology with the Preliminary Design Report and ECY90 <br />package submittals. <br />4. It is assumed that the electrical site review will be conducted by the Electrical Design Lead <br />and one support staff. The site review is assumed to be up to 2 hours in duration plus up to <br />4 hours for travel time and notes. <br />5. Design deliverables will be prepared consistent with City standards and consistent with the <br />professional standard of care. City Standard Details will be used where appropriate. <br />6. The budget is based on the production of up to 50 draft design drawings for the 60 percent <br />package and up to 71 draft design drawings for the 90 percent package. The 90 percent <br />package is assumed to include the following: <br />A. Cover sheet, index, discipline, and TESC notes (8) <br />B. Existing survey sheets (4) <br />C. Demolition and erosion and sediment control sheets (7) <br />D. Civil design sheets (22) including the following: <br />i. Lenora stormwater facility site plan, profile, and sections and grading <br />ii. Stormwater conveyance design and facilities plan, profile, and sections <br />iii. Roadway plan sheet for Zillah Street <br />iv. Water service plan and details <br />v. Civil and standard details <br />E. Structural plans, sections, and detail sheets (10) <br />F. Landscape and irrigation plans and details (6) <br />G. Traffic control signing and striping plans and details (9) <br />H. Electrical one-line diagram, site plan, schedules, lighting plan, and details (5) <br />7. Dewatering plan is not included in the scope of services. <br />8. Electrical and structural design will be per City municipal code and International Building <br />Code as adopted by the City.
