2024 Pavement Maintenance Overlay SPECIAL PROVISIONS PW# 3823 42 2-08.4 Measurement 1 2 Street cleaning will be measured by the hour for the actual time consumed in sweeping, 3 pavement cleaning, and debris removal. No allowance will be made for time consumed 4 in making repairs to the equipment or for moving the equipment to or from the site on 5 which the street cleaning is ordered.
